Evidence

Our numbers, not our adjectives

Schools have been sold EdTech that looked good in a demo and went unused by October. So here is how QuantAim is actually used, counted live from our own database every hour - including the numbers that are not flattering, with the sample size beside each one. Where there is not enough data for a number to mean anything, we say so instead of showing it.

What teachers and students actually do

Aggregated across every class on the platform. No school, class or student can be identified from anything on this page. Counted 10 Oct 2026, 04:51 server time.

From new class to first assigned lesson

Median time between a teacher creating a class and assigning its first lesson, across classes that have assigned one.

Sample: 0 - we wait for 5 before publishing a figure

Classes that assign a lesson in week one

Share of all classes ever created that assigned a lesson within seven days. Classes never used count against this.

Sample: 2 - we wait for 5 before publishing a figure

Assigned lessons students completed

Of every assigned lesson multiplied by every student in that class, the share marked complete. Late work counts; unstarted work counts against.

Sample: 0 - we wait for 30 before publishing a figure

Quiz answers right first time

Share of all quiz answers that were correct on the first attempt. This measures answering, not learning.

What we do not have yet

No independent study. Nobody outside QuantAim has evaluated learning outcomes, and there has been no controlled trial. Quiz accuracy shows students can answer questions, not that they learned more than they would have without us. Anyone who tells you their platform is proven to raise results should be able to show you the study; we cannot yet, so we are not claiming it.

Make the trial produce your own evidence

The most useful evidence is from your own students. Everything below uses tools that are already in a teacher account, and the two weeks end with numbers you can take to a department meeting.

Day 1 - set it up

  1. Create a class and share its join code
  2. Assign one lesson from the unit you are teaching anyway
  3. Students read it and answer its quiz

Day 2 - play it live

  1. Run that lesson's quiz as a live class game on the board
  2. Every answer is recorded with the option each student chose

End of week 1 - see the gaps

  1. Open What they wrongly believe: the wrong answers your class chose, ranked
  2. Reteach the top one using the five-minute script it gives you

Week 2 - measure the change

  1. Run the same questions again as a live game
  2. Compare how many students still choose the wrong answer
  3. Export the gradebook as CSV for your records
